Event Details

This class is for adults with no prior experience in ballet. Come experience the joy of classical ballet! This 60-minute class will cover the basic ballet positions, steps and vocabulary with an emphasis on improving posture and alignment and developing musicality and expression through ballet. Exercises will be performed at the barre and in the centre. No prior ballet experience necessary. Suitable for absolute beginners and dancers with up to 3 years of ballet experience, as well as more experienced dancers who would like to focus on refining the basics.

Come to class prepared to move and to learn. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. If you have soft ballet slippers, you may wear them, but otherwise socks are all you need. How to register

Sign up for classes:

- All classes operate on a drop-in/pay-as-you go basis.
- You can fill out the Google sign up form to register.

- If you prefer, you can also ask for a paper registration form to register and fill it out and return it to me during class.
- I will respond to confirm your place in class. If the class is fully booked, will be added to the waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available. You will receive an email by 12:00 PM on the day of class confirming whether your place is confirmed.
- If you have signed up and are unable to attend class, please contact me to let me know so that your place can be offered to students on the waitlist.

Fees:

- Beginner Ballet class (1 hr): €10 per class
- Open Ballet class (1.5 hr): €12 per class, €10 for students
- Open Ballet class + pointe/pre-pointe (2 hr): €15 per class, €12 for students
- Fees are payable by cash, Paypal, or Revolut.

- There are no cancellation fees.

Schedule changes/cancellations:

- Class cancellations and schedule changes will be communicated directly to students who have signed up for class if a cancellation is necessary due to extenuating circumstances.
