This class begins with a gentle, dynamic flow to build warmth, presence, and connection to the breath. Moving mindfully, we explore simple, fluid sequences that open the body and settle the mind.
As the pace slows, we shift into stillness – resting into yin inspired poses held for longer, offering space for deep release and nervous system regulation. This practice invites you to soften, unwind, and land fully in your body.
