This is a pilates class suitable for beginners and beyond. using our body weight and small equipment, we work through the basic and beyond pilates repertoire on the mat. It’s a great class to feel good, improve mobility, reduce injury, and begin your pilates journey.
Not suitable for pregnancy or over 65s. Prior notice is needed for injuries or health concerns.
