This class is a unique blend of Kundalini Yoga and Face yoga .
Kundalini Yoga practice encapsulates, Mantra (sound repetition), Pranayama (breathing exercise), Kriya (movement/posture) and Meditation (repetitive sound or finger movement to occupy the brain). The result is invigorating or relaxing depending on the class focus.
Face Yoga is a mixture of facial exercise, massage, acupressure and energy work. The result is rejuvenating the skin, toning the facial muscles and bone.
