Start your day with movement that feels good, supports your body, and sets a positive tone for the hours ahead. My morning Pilates classes are designed as welcoming, drop‑in sessions (subject to a minimum number of participants), making it easy to build consistency without pressure.
Each class blends gentle, controlled movements with a strong focus on posture alignment and mindful technique. You can expect an individualised approach that meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to movement after a break.
We work on strengthening the body’s powerhouse muscles – core, back, hamstrings, and glutes – to build stability from the inside out. Mobility work is woven throughout the session to help you move with ease, reduce stiffness, and support pain‑free daily movement.
For those who need it, I include targeted exercises to improve flexibility and strengthen the pelvic floor, especially helpful if traditional Kegel exercises haven’t worked for you. The class is also suitable for anyone looking to safely rebuild core strength while managing diastasis recti, with modifications and guidance provided throughout.
These classes are calm, uplifting, and intentionally designed to help you feel stronger, more aligned, and more connected to your body as you step into your day.
