This 2 hour offering is a space where you will enjoy nourishing breathwork, some gentle movement, before melting into long held and deeply supported restorative asana. Using bolsters, blankets, lavender scented eye pillows and blocks to support the body, the only theme here is letting go… while welcoming in deep rest.
We will finish our evening with yoga nidra, yogic sleep, where we will retreat into the body of sensation, intention setting and letting go…
