Mom & Baby Yogalates (with tea & chat time after!)

This is a great way to ease yourself back into exercising as a new mother, while bonding with your baby.  Suitable for new mums from 6 weeks postnatal, or 10 weeks post caesarean-section (unless otherwise advised by your doctor) and for babies from 6 weeks until they start crawling. This is a fun class concentrating on core strengthening exercises for mothers’ postnatal recovery, and to provide parents with a positive and enjoyable experience interacting with their baby in a safe and supportive environment. It is also an opportunity to meet other parents and their babies at a time when you can feel tired, isolated and possibly overwhelmed.  In order to facilitate this sense of community, you are invited to stay on for a cup of tea (and biscuits!) from 12 to 12.30. Please purchase a Mum & Baby 5 Class Pass (€75) from the online shop (no drop-in option available for this class, sorry).
