BREATHWORK + SAUNA

Flynn Park + Sauna Snug
An evening to slow down, reconnect to the body, and regulate the nervous system through breath, movement, heat, and presence.
We’ll begin with gentle movement and Qigong-inspired energy work to open the body and settle into ourselves before moving into guided breathwork practices.
Throughout the evening we’ll explore:
— Upregulation breathing
— Downregulation breathing
— Functional breathing for everyday life
— Nervous system regulation
— Breath as energy and awareness
The session will include a full guided breathwork journey designed to help you soften, release tension, and reconnect inwardly in a safe and grounded way.
We’ll then finish the evening with an hour in the sauna at Sauna Snug — integrating the work through heat, stillness, connection, and rest.
No experience needed.
Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind.
