I am an accredited art therapist, coach, Reiki practitioner, and artist. I welcome all ages and backgrounds, including multicultural and migrant communities. I especially love working with women's circles. My one-on-one sessions are offered online or in the Skibbereen studio. I tailor my sessions to kids, adults, and families.Through art therapy, I help individuals with PTSD, long-term stress, depression, and anxiety, OCD, and some somatic symptoms.In my free time, you will find me in the family garden or hiking the trails of Sheep's Head, or on a good day, sailing in Bantry Bay.
